Whole-Field work is a powerful approach to help you explore and realize more of your full life-potential. This is potential that lies at the level of the soul and is connected to your larger life-purpose. It is something many people feel out of touch with, or which they can sometimes sense but find unreachable or unrealistic.
Stephen's work deepens our natural ability to sense information, extending our perceptual range and focus and helping us to open to inner sources and support. It can also help us identify underlying dynamics that prevent us from finding resolution to blockages or repetitive behaviors, leading to insight into what holds us back and helping to free us from systemic influences, illness, habits or addictions. This helps us find more fulfillment, for instance, in relationships and intimacy, family and community, parenting and health, leadership and decision-making, and much more.
In both weekends there will be space to explore your own personal or professional issues. In the first, we will cultivate insight and perceptual focus, and work within a systemic context. In the second weekend we will also work with themes and influences within the deeper field of evolutionary potential.
You are welcome to participate in both weekends, since the second will build upon the first, or to attend either one. Any prior experience in systemic constellation work or with the field of Thomas Hübl's work will be helpful though not essential. Both weekends will support you to:
- Identify the larger life-purpose that awaits you
- Face your choices with a deeper awareness of the bigger picture and act more effectively
- Impact upon the whole field, at systemic levels beyond your personal concerns
We will use tools distilled from systemic constellation work and research into evolutionary potential and inner healing movements from the work of Thomas Hübl and others. The two weekends will help you cultivate a more attuned, embodied self-connection, bringing more wholeness and consciousness in your everyday life.

If we are aware of the field of business and working-life as one of largely unfulfilled potential then what might we be called towards in order to transform it?
Most mainstream business practices are not very flexible, collaborative, inspiring or innovative. They succeed only very partially in mobilizing our intelligence, skills, wisdom and imagination. There is a growing feeling of disillusion and of stuckness as things fall apart and a sense in many people that somewhere there is a possibility of living and working together completely differently. This feeling grows more urgent as our economic and social crises deepen.
There are alternatives: other ways of doing business together that depend upon our individual and collective levels of awareness. They suggest new forms of social architecture characterized by collective intelligence and transparency.
In this evening we will inquire into the consequences of bringing higher levels of consciousness into business, and in particular what this can lead to in terms of leadership, and of innovation and creative potential. How much do we want to transform the whole field of business activity, and at what cost?

This day is an opportunity for several individuals to work with Stephen in depth on their personal issues, with the support of the group. The Deep-Systems Healing work he has developed uses new research in systemic constellation work, in evolutionary potential and in inner healing movements to explore any personal or professional question, issue or concern.
The approach can bring understanding of how and where you need to act next and help you face your choices with more awareness of the whole picture, leading to more sustainable outcomes and holistic solutions. It will also have an impact at systematic levels upon the deeper field of your issues and concerns.
If you choose not to bring an issue to explore, please feel welcome to participate instead as an ‘observer / representative’. This is an opportunity to experience and learn from the work and to deepen your own sensitivity, by representing aspects of the field for each person who is exploring their issue. No prior experience or knowledge is required.
